Let's start the day with the kids' thoughts on issue #3 of Landry Walker and Eric Jones' all-ages Supergirl series from 2009. 

Supergirl: Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade #3

What was the story about?
Super Reader - The story was about Supergirl (Linda Lee) and Lena becoming friends while, you know, Belinda Zee is up to no good.

Meanwhile, all of the kids at school get super powers.

Who were the main characters?
Super Reader: Linda Lee, Lena and Mr. Awesome.

Comic Wizard: Don't forget Blendy Z!

What did you like best?
Super Reader - When Linda Lee stands up for herself between Lena and Belinda. I also liked when Supergirl got the power to overcook waffles.

Comic Wizard - When that guy had super powers to turn into ice cream.

What didn't you like?
Super Reader - The fact that there were no happy dancing monkeys in this issue.

How many stars?
Super Reader - 5 out of 5.
Comic Wizard - 5 out of 5.
