Breaking News - Legends of the Dark Knight: Jim Aparo!

Normally, I'd save this for a Wednesday Update, but I was so excited this morning to learn that DC is finally putting together a hardcover collection of Jim Aparo's Batman run, that I wanted to share it with our readers.

Entitled Legends of the Dark Knight: Jim Aparo Volume 1, the collection is scheduled for release in April and is priced less than $20 at Amazon. 

I don't have a lot of details yet, but I assume it will start with his Detective Comics issues and move into his run on The Brave and the Bold. I hope it also includes his various covers on Batman Family and other Bat-books. Either way, this is one collection that I'll be picking up next spring!

In addition to Legends of the Dark Knight, Jim Aparo fans can also look forward to The Phantom: The Charlton Years Volume 1 in November.
